Statutes and Bylaws
Bylaws of Skål International Orlando, Club No. 371 PREAMBLE

The Club shall be subject to the Skål International Statutes and Bylaws and SIUSA Bylaws and Statutes, which incorporates the "Model Bylaws" for all clubs in SIUSA.
These Bylaws are authorized under Article 37 of the Statutes of Skål Clubs of SIUSA, which states that "The Club may adopt additional internal regulations to these Statutes provided that they in no way contravene the official publication of Skål International or the Club Statutes."
The following amendments to the ARTICLES and Sections of the Statutes of SIUSA have been duly voted on and accepted by the membership of the Club as its own Bylaws and are effective as of September 8, 2009.
ARTICLE 5
OBLIGATIONS OF THE Skål CLUB
Monthly General meetings. Meetings of the Club shall be held once a month except during
the months of July and August. The meeting date is the SECOND (2nd) TUESDAY of each month.
ARTICLE 15
ADMISSION FEE
The initiation fee payable by new members shall be $125.00.
ARTICLE 19
BOARD OF THE CLUB
The Board of the Club shall consist of at least 14 members.
ARTICLE 27
INCOME
The Annual dues of the Club for Active, Life/Retired, Transfer Active (in), Honorary (Skål) and Associate members shall be at least $35.00 per year plus the stated dues of the SIUSA and Skål International.
ARTICLE 28
UTILIZATION OF CLUB FUNDS
Any disbursements of more than $1000.00 with the exception of the normal
expenses of the monthly meeting must be approved by the Executive Committee.
